Free Shipping on all orders above RM300 for Malaysia & Singapore only

Global shipping: $25 Flat on all orders.

Duties: As garments are shipped for personal use, many countries do not charge duties on them. In case they are charged, they will be billed to the customer. 

DELIVERY TIMELINE

  1. Custom items are usually shipped in 2-3 months. Some items can take up to 6 months.
  2. Courier service delivered in according to the time frame set by courier service.

Return Policy

We are proud of each product we bring you. Your satisfaction is of utmost 

importance to us. If  you feel unsatisfied about your purchase from 

kennylohcouture.com, contact us and we will set it right for you as per 

the policy below:

For Kebaya/Beaded Shoe made incorrectly: The kebaya/beaded shoe are 

thoroughly tested against your order details and shipped only if all parameters

 are correct.  In case you are not happy with the item, we will alter/remake 

the item for you, free of cost. Just ship the item back to us at the factory 

address below. You will be liable for any duties that are required to be 

paid during the shipment of the returned kebaya/beaded shoe to us.

For Kebaya/Beaded Shoe made as per your specifications: In case you are 

not happy with the item even though the style and measurements were as 

per your specifications, we will alter the item for you. You are required to 

pay for the cost of alteration and shipping. Just ship the item back to us at

 the factory address below. You will be liable for any duties that are required 

to be paid during the shipment of the returned kebaya/beaded shoe to us. 

 -All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, complete with original tags and/or packaging if applicable.

-We are not responsible for the return shipping costs of the items.

-Please make sure all returned items are well packaged, so as not to be damaged in the post.

-Please make sure all return packages are sent with a trackable, insured service.

-We cannot take responsibility for the items damaged or lost in the return transit.

-Item(s) under SALE/PROMOTION is not exchangeable/returnable.

-We are only allow returns if the item(s) received is a faulty or damaged item(s).

-Item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, unused, in original condition with all labels or tags attached and returned within 14 days upon purchase date.

-Returns are only accepted via post and not in person.

-Refund is not available, instead store credit will be issued to you once the returned items have been verified to meet the above conditions.

-Kindly submit any return request to marketing@kennylohcouture.com. Return request will be processed within 7 working days upon receipt of returned item(s).

As we make each of our kebaya/beaded shoe on order and only for the 

ordering customer, returns are not something we can afford. They are also 

wasteful.

Hence, we have a policy of not accepting returns. But, we are always happy

 to work with the customer to make the garment of use to him as that is the 

goal of the customer in ordering from us.
